About Creative Teaching CAP
Many colleges and universities are training educators in "State of the Art" teaching methods to address the requirements of special needs students in early intervention programs and beyond. Yet, according to Eileen Schwartz PhD "a huge gap exists between what is state of the art and what is state of practice" in public schools today. A significant issue is the lack of curriculum materials supporting our educators in the classroom.
Our mission at Creative Teaching CAP is to be the leader in providing revolutionary methods and materials that will successfully teach students with special needs. We produce and sell premium, affordable educational products for special education students including Autistic and English Language Learners as well as other At Risk Learners.
Currently, our products are in use in elementary, middle and high school classrooms. Additionally we have customers successfully using our materials in home school environments and as augmentation to classroom curriculum. They are research based, progressive, engaging and hands on. The success of our products is clearly evidenced by the academic and functional progress of the students using them.
Creative Teaching CAP products are made in the United States. These are high quality materials with vivid colors and images. The Velco® and laminates have been selected because they have proven to stand up to the active classroom environment.
