"I have one little boy who when he came to me would not sit still for more than 30 seconds.  By the end of the school year, he was sitting and completing several folders at a time without any adult supervision."

"I have another little boy who was not reading at all, no sight words, nothing except repeating books. He now has 75-100 words after 5 months (of using Creative Teaching CAP materials)."

Kalissa Hovey, Special Education Teacher

"Because CAP uses all learning styles, it is ideal as a teaching tool. Students see, hear, speak, and "do" in each learning section. This utilizes and reinforces the material over and over in interesting and fun activities. The students do not lose interest and enjoy the lessons!

The products themselves are of the highest quality - colorful, realistic photos, simple to use, and durable (made for use over and over again). The implementation of the program is easy to follow with data collection built right in. It is a teacher's treasure when it comes to reading curriculum."

"In one year using CAP teaching materials and tools, severely low reading level students and non-verbal students' vocabulary and communicative speech increased 200-400% depending on the student. Every student made significant progress. This program is easy to direct and manage for instructors and Para-Educators.

Quantifying student progress is made easy with the use of CAP Data Collection tools. Qualitatively, CAP is also a socially interactive tool to stimulate student learning - the students enjoy learning. It is creative, logical, and simple to use. The way this program is linked to core reading proficiencies is what makes it so successful! I believe every school district should be incorporating CAP into their curriculum for students with special needs. CAP teaching materials were the best we have ever used."

"I am a private teacher working in a home school environment. My student was 11 years old when I met him. He is autistic and had been struggling in a public school with significant behavioral issues. He was non-verbal.

Using CAP materials, I was able to set routines and set academic and behavioral expectations. He amazed everyone. In one year, he could verbally identify 285 pictured vocabulary and read the words independently in a word only format as well as words and phrases. More importantly, he has learned to generalize those words and phrases into new applications throughout his daily life.

I can say unequivocally, CAP works! I anxiously await the release of new products and I can only imagine the success struggling students nationwide could achieve if CAP were available in all our schools."
